Your mission Handle and manage inquiries from high‐profile customers Identify customer needs and provide effective, tailored solutions Follow up on cases using CRM and ticketing tools Represent a premium automotive brand, ensuring the highest quality standards What we offer Replacement contract with real possibilities of continuity Full‐time position : 39 hours per week Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8‐hour shifts between 07:30 and 20:00 Salary : €20,000 gross per year, with growth opportunities Fully paid initial training (3 weeks)
