Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to the CEO Commercial to support the leadership of the Spanish commercial business at Dils.

You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO Commercial, ensuring seamless management of day-to-day priorities, strategic coordination, and executive operations. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will play a key role in enabling the CEO to focus on strategic growth, commercial execution, and expansion across the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities

* Full management and prioritisation of the CEO Commercial's agenda
* Coordination of internal and external meetings, including senior stakeholders and clients
* Preparation of briefing documents, presentations, and executive materials
* Travel coordination (national and international), including end-to-end itinerary management
* Acting as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
* Support in the follow-up of strategic and commercial initiatives
* Ensure alignment and smooth communication across leadership teams
* Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
* Support in ad-hoc projects, reporting, and executive-level coordination
* Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling and operational challenges

Required Qualifications

* Previous experience supporting executives
* Strong experience in fast-paced, international or corporate environments
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
* Fluent in Spanish and English; Italian is a plus!
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills

* Experience in real estate, consulting, finance, or professional services
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments
* Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
* Confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
