Purpose
The Divisional Compensation and Organization Manager is responsible for designing and implementing the Securitas Ibero America compensation policies, processes and programs that support the organization's strategic goals. This role places a strong emphasis on organization design, annual merit and bonus cycles, performance management and mobility. This role will collaborate with the People and Finance areas to support compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies, including salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive programs that align with business goals.
* Support the Ibero American Division with the annual merit and bonus cycles, including planning, communications, training and reporting.
* Work with the Country HR teams to create, develop and improve consistent Total Rewards processes, policies and programs.
* Design short-term incentive plans, including eligibility criteria, performance metrics, payout structures and governance. Collaborate with Finance to align incentive plans with Business goals and financial targets.
* Administer participation in salary and benefits benchmark surveys.
* Conduct job evaluations and market pricing to ensure competitive and equitable compensation.
* Manage, in close collaboration with Talent, the performance management process.
* Organizational design and definition of a job architecture.
* Conduct living wage benchmarks.
* Manage global mobility programs.
* Consolidate and organize data from multiple sources to produce meaningful recommendations and reports related to Total Rewards and People practices.
* Provide guidance on compensation-related matters to Country People Areas and leadership.
* Ensure compliance local compensation laws and regulations.
Person Specifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
* Master in Human Resources, Certified CCP or GRP preferred.
* 7+ years of experience in compensation, including program design and implementation.
* Strong analytical skills and project management skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
* Excellent communication skills, ability to create relationships and foster cross-country collaboration
* Experience working in global or matrixed organization is preferred
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
