Overview
The IT & Systems Lead will be the sole internal owner of the company’s digital core architecture. This role is initially tasked with leading the critical service transition of our newly deployed greenfield SAP S/4HANA ERP and custom Dealer Management System (DMS) from the Deloitte implementation build phase to live, stable RUN operations.
You will embed directly with the Deloitte consulting team onsite during our
one-month transition and testing window
, taking full ownership of custom code, API integrations, runbooks, and configurations. Post-go-live, you will maintain the middleware, secure databases, general cloud infrastructure, and compliance protocols that power our multi-country automotive import and direct-to-consumer sales properties.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Take ownership of the company’s SAP S/4HANA ERP and Dealer Management System from an internal IT perspective.
Work closely with the external implementation partner to ensure effective knowledge transfer, documentation, and post-go-live stability.
Support UAT, SIT, go-live preparation, issue tracking, and system validation activities.
Manage integrations between SAP, DMS, websites, databases, and third-party platforms through APIs and middleware tools.
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, system configuration records, data dictionaries, and troubleshooting procedures.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal users across sales, logistics, finance, marketing, and regional operations.
Support user training by preparing clear, practical, and role-based system guides.
Manage system access, authorization controls, data protection, and segregation of duties in line with GDPR and internal security standards.
Monitor cloud infrastructure, hosting environments, web application security, database performance, and system availability.
