Key Account Manager – Naturitas

Naturitas is an e-commerce company dedicated to natural products that care for people and the planet: organic and eco-friendly food, natural cosmetics, supplements, and more. With a presence in over 20 countries, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to help expand our operations in Germany and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with new and existing suppliers

Introduce and assess new catalog products

Analyze sales performance and margins to drive growth

Manage pricing and monitor the market

Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers

Activate on-site promotions and visibility opportunities to capture brand investment

Launch targeted CRM campaigns

Propose improvements to SEM strategy, CRM/social media copy, and product listings

Optimize stock policies based on sales forecasts to ensure healthy stock levels

Maintain regular contact with suppliers and manage the buying catalogue of products

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and consumer trend analysis

Advanced Excel skills

Native German speaker with fluent English; additional language proficiency (e.g., Spanish) is a plus

At least 3 years of category management experience in eCommerce and the natural products industry

Strong teamwork skills, proactivity, energy, and a collaborative mindset

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proven experience in oral and written interactions with suppliers and operations teams

Willingness to travel to trade fairs and industry events

Highly commercial profile, focused on identifying, sourcing, and developing new brands in their countries of origin

Experience in developing category strategies and optimizing product assortment
