You will run and innovate global Kubernetes platforms (OpenShift, AKS) across on-premises and cloud, enabling critical financial infrastructure. You’ll work in a collaborative Container Platforms team, driving automation and reliability at scale. This role offers hands-on platform engineering, on-call responsibilities, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient cloud-native solutions. Your work shapes high-impact infrastructure used by millions daily, in a dynamic, agile environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Manage and enhance global-scale Kubernetes platforms (OpenShift, AKS) with focus on event-driven patterns, automation, connectivity, security and observability
• Operate Kubernetes platforms and support customer requests; participate in paid on-call rotation
• Contribute as subject matter expert in Kubernetes, cloud-native application architecture and containerization in companywide projects
• Drive automation using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and share knowledge to keep the team at the edge of platform technologies
Responsabilidades
• Completed apprenticeship in IT or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• At least three years of experience operating or administering Kubernetes clusters / cloud-native technologies in private and public clouds
• Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) xpzdshu
• Experience with ArgoCD, ArgoCD App of Apps, Helm, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused problem solving; fluent in English; German or Spanish a plus
• Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative; familiar with Agile methodologies
