Play to Win is our corporate strategy, a concept that aligns our way of working and shows us a clearer vision when it comes to achieving objectives and is based on four behaviors:
Stretch: I try new things, even if it feels uncomfortable. I take calculated risks.
Take action: I focus on what is important now, and follow-up on what can be improved.
Act for patients & customers: I strive to free up time and/or budget that can be reinvested in our pipeline. I make sure what we do is in direct support of our science, strategy, market, patients, and/or customers.
Think Sanofi first: I seek what is best for Sanofi rather than best for myself or my teaM/Function/GBU and I dare to challenge my boss and my team if I feel we don’t
At Sanofi diversity and inclusion is foundational to how we operate and embedded in our Core Values. We recognize to truly tap into the richness diversity brings we must lead with inclusion and have a workplace where those differences can thrive and be leveraged to empower the lives of our colleagues, patients and customers. We respect and celebrate the diversity of our people, their backgrounds and experiences and provide equal opportunity for all.
