You’ll work closely with enterprise clients to understand their challenges, design tailored solutions, and guide them through implementation and adoption. /ppThis is a highly customer-facing role with a strong consulting component. /pulliAct as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers. /liliUnderstand customer requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs. /liliLead technical workshops, architecture sessions, and onboarding processes. /liliSupport installations, integrations, and configuration of NeuralTrust solutions. /liliDesign integration strategies with customer environments (cloud, APIs, data pipelines, SIEMs, etc.). /liliCollaborate with Sales during pre-sales cycles to provide technical validation and solution design. /liliIdentify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution. /liliGather customer feedback and work closely with Product and Engineering to improve our platform. /li /ulpbr/ppbAbout You /b /ppWe’re looking for a bconsultative profile /b — someone who is technically strong but also business-oriented, structured, and comfortable interacting with enterprise stakeholders. /pulli4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar roles. /liliStrong consulting mindset: you know how to manage stakeholders, structure projects, and drive outcomes. /liliExperience working with enterprise customers in complex environments. /liliSolid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP). /liliFamiliarity with APIs, SaaS architectures, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and integration patterns. /liliStrong communication and presentation skills — comfortable speaking with both engineers and executives. /liliAbility to simplify complex technical concepts and guide decision-making. /liliExperience in AI, ML, cybersecurity, or data platforms is a strong plus. /liliBased in or willing to relocate to bBarcelona, Spain /b /ul /li
