The Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on Senior People Partner with a strong focus on employee relations and Spanish employment law who thrives in dynamic, fast‑evolving environments.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers and teams, driving employee experience, performance management and L&D; initiatives across the organization.
You’ll play a key role in rebuilding our People foundations;
from re‑launchinglearning programs to leading our performance management cycle, while ensuring we stay fully compliant with Spanish employment law in all our processes.
This is a broad generalist role, but with a clear emphasis on navigating complex employee situations, maintaining compliance with Spanish labor legislation, and fostering a positive and high‑performing company culture.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Employee Relations (ER) cases with empathy, fairness, and a solid understanding of Spanish labor law.
- Act as a strategic partner to managers and teams, providing expert HR guidance and coaching.
- Lead our Performance Management process;
ensure clear goals, meaningful feedback, and strong development conversations.
- Rebuild and roll out L&D; programs, fostering a culture of growth, curiosity, and continuous learning.
- Drive Employee Experience initiatives that boost engagement, connection, and culture.
- Support the Head of People & Culture with partnering with the Works Council, ensuring open communication and positive relationships.
- Provide data‑driven insights on people trends.
- Support D&I; initiatives and leadership development.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
What You’ll Bring
- Deep knowledge of Spanish employment law and experience in Employee Relations.
- Background in tech, start‑up, or scale‑up environments;
