The role

At Nespresso, we seek passionate and enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to enhancing customer experiences through innovative products and technology.

- Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize and structure solutions that enhance the app experience.
- Navigate complex scenarios and influence cross-functional teams, including developers, UX designers, legal, data analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate within an Agile environment as part of a squad focused on creating native experiences for iOS and Android platforms.
- Aim to scale our global eCommerce Mobile App and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Ensure a seamless process from feature ideation through to the release, and post-live improvements, collaborating with markets and stakeholders to ensure successful launches.

In this role you will

- Shape and execute a strategic roadmap to transform the Mobile App into a world‑class experience.
- Manage the Agile squad's roadmap, including prioritization, sprint planning, refinements, and all ceremonies.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business, customers, markets, and product data to delight our customers and achieve App objectives.
- Leverage robust analytical skills and a passion for insights to drive positive outcomes while keeping product metrics in mind to ensure we achieve App goals.
- Craft clear product narratives and requirements that inspire and keep the team focused.
- Partner closely with talented colleagues from IT, Analytics, UX Team, and other teams.
- Collaborate with Product Designers to create seamless user experiences that meet customer needs and drive engagement.
- Serve as a compelling storyteller, effectively communicating the rationale behind decisions.
- Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring the app meets the highest standards.
- Engage in continuous research and analysis, maintaining an iterative mindset to define problems, propose ideas, test solutions, implement changes, and validate outcomes.

What we are looking for

- +6 years as a Digital Product Manager or similar role, specifically within Mobile Apps e‑commerce.
- Proficient understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and demonstrated success in managing product development within Agile frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data‑driven decisions to improve product performance.
- Experience and evidence of influencing product vision and strategic direction, not just delivery.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to build trust across levels and geographies.
- Comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical teams and navigating between business needs and user expectations.
- A proactive and curious mindset, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or relevant field.
