We are looking for a Controller (F / M) based in Madrid.
The Controller will be responsible for controlling tasks and developing controlling standards to support the activities and growth of the company group. The goal is to ensure that tasks related to regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, and the development of internal control policies and procedures are handled efficiently.
Grow with us: Your responsibilities:
* Participate in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual results.
* Implement the local budget and forecasts.
* Collaborate with the local controlling team, focusing on operations or product management controlling.
* Identify potential for increasing earnings and reducing costs.
* Further develop productivity management in areas such as Operations or Product Development.
* Prepare standard business analyses for management.
* Coordinate reporting processes, monitor reporting deadlines, and create reconciliation accounts for organizational changes.
* Ensure quality control over financial reporting.
* Contribute to risk management processes.
What will convince us:
* An academic degree in economics or industrial engineering with a focus on controlling.
* Previous work experience in controlling and accounting.
* Proven software skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and SAP.
* Strong analytical skills and good communication skills, with a confident and self-assured manner.
* Ability to work in a team and demonstrate assertiveness.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
