A Snapshot of Your Day
You will support Implementation of Series Changes : Assisting in documenting and tracking engineering changes (ECR/ECO); Coordinating with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure accurate execution of change implementation plans and, monitoring and reporting on progress and impact of implemented changes on production lines.
You will participate in Prototype Industrialization: Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to support the transition from prototype to serial production; assisting in preparing and updating work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures; developing tools, and identifying potential production issues.

What You Bring
* University degree in electrical engineering or related field (highly valued), or significant experience in the electrical/electronic/renewable energy sector.
* B2 or C1 level English proficiency and a valid driver's license.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
* Strong communication, decision-making, and persuasion skills, with a thorough, methodical, and customer focused approach.
