Now, we're looking for a talented Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Operations team and take ownership of key strategic initiatives that will fuel our next stage of growth.Your mission:- Build and optimize scalable processes to sustain REVEL’s rapid growth- Work cross-functionally with leadership across and beyond Operations to tackle critical business challenges- Lead strategic projects with real-world impact on our growth, efficiency, and customer experience. Examples include: i) Deploying AI across Operations to boost speed, quality and scale ii) Rethinking how cars get to customers faster, cheaper, smarter iii) Defining and executing go-to-market strategies to accelerate our international expansionWe're looking for someone who:- Has 1-3 years of experience with operations and / or strategy content (e.G., within consulting, tech companies, FMCG)- Is comfortable with ambiguity and loves turning complex problems into actionable solutions- Combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking and strong execution- Communicates clearly and confidently across teams and levels- Speaks fluent Spanish and English ;
