Position Overview
Portfolio Manager – Chemo (INSUD PHARMA) - Madrid (on site). Minimum 2–5 years of experience in pharma, biotechnology, or life sciences required.

Responsibilities
* Assisting in developing and maintaining portfolio plans, including timelines, milestones, and prioritization frameworks.
* Preparing strategic materials for governance meetings and portfolio reviews.
* Ensuring accurate documentation and communication of portfolio decisions and updates.
* Performing portfolio analyses: risk assessments, scenario comparisons, timeline evaluations, and KPIs.
* Creating dashboards and regular monitoring reports with digital tools.
* Coordinating with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, Manufacturing, and other internal partners to collect information and align strategies.
* Supporting multifunctional teams in identifying potential challenges and resource constraints.
* Communicating portfolio insights to stakeholders at various levels.
* Tracking and highlighting emerging risks, issues, or opportunities within the portfolio.
* Assisting with the evaluation of new projects, initiatives, or external collaborations.
* Contributing to continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, digital tools, and systems.

* Analyze and present data for strategic decision-making.
* Coordinate processes with multidisciplinary global teams.
* Optimize communication and information flow.
* Identify and propose improvements to portfolio management tools and processes.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
* Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PharmD, PhD) is a plus, but not mandatory.
* 2–5 years of experience in pharma, biotechnology, or related industries.
* Background in portfolio management and/or strategy.
* Basic understanding of the drug development lifecycle, regulatory steps, or commercial product management.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation capabilities.
* Advanced organizational skills, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and portfolio/project management tools (including dashboards and analytics platforms).
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in global, matrixed environments.
* Detail‑oriented, proactive, and results‑driven.
* Strong relationship‑building skills and eagerness for continuous learning.
