Supply Chain and Quality Management (Temp Agency)
Airbus Defence and Space invites applications for the role of Supply Chain and Quality Management (d/f/m), located in Sevilla (Tablada). The selected candidate will join the TASMP6 Supply Chain & Quality Services team.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Manage or contribute to contract execution, responsible for supplier On Quality On Time (OQOT) performance, ensuring on Quality, on Time deliveries by managing milestones, product life‑cycle reviews, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
* Effectively control supplier activities, securing a comprehensive understanding of supplier overall situation and scope.
* Implement recovery, improvement, and development plans to secure delivery of products and services in conformity with contract, covering quality and delivery aspects.
* Coordinate all stakeholders involved in supplier operations management and contribute to the corresponding Multi‑Functional or Divisional Team (MFT/MDT); also contribute to Sub‑Commodity strategy through active participation in MFTs, including supplier selection, contract set‑up, and supplier development needs.
* Act as the key supplier interface to anticipate and mitigate all supply risks and implement a preventative surveillance plan.
* Protect customer deliveries by correcting, improving, and developing suppliers' delivery and quality performance, including follow‑up of action plans.
* Monitor and control supplier performance, lead and monitor recovery and improvement actions when needed, on live programmes and in preparation for the future.
* Manage corrective action plans to avoid re‑occurrences and reduce deviations and concessions.
* Verify compliance with applicable requirements and secure industrial maturity (supplier capability & capacity) through product/supplier audit, inspection and assessment (e.g. IPCA, CMA, Transfer of Work).
* Lead VRB and represent SCQ operations in various forums (e.g. SED, TEB, MFT).
Qualifications:
* Engineering degree or related discipline.
* Autonomous way of working in Supply Chain Change Management.
* Experience in After Sales (desirable).
* Strong knowledge of general supplier requirements.
* Familiar with auditing and assessment (desirable).
* Proficient in procurement IT tools.
* Experience in quality.
* Negotiable English language skills.
