The Security Education, Training and Awareness (SETA) Product Owner is responsible for delivering SETA products and services, including:
* Security Education: Developing and delivering education tracks to enhance team skills in information and cybersecurity, including technical security curricula aligned with the NICE framework.
* Security Training: Designing and implementing training services for all employee groups across the organization, addressing cyber threats, security risks, and compliance requirements.
* Security Awareness: Creating engaging awareness campaigns using creative formats and adaptive delivery methods (e.g., Cybersecurity Awareness Month, mascots, branded merchandise), and operating ongoing testing programs such as phishing simulations and gamification.
* Adapting and tailoring the SETA offerings to regional, cultural, and business-specific needs across the Liebherr group.
* Developing and maintaining key risk and performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to support cultural transformation and enhance human resilience in information security.
* Partnering with stakeholders across the group, including information security, IT, HR, Internal Communications, and other Business Units, to promote adoption of SETA products and services.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
* At least 8 years of experience in information security or related roles.
* Minimum 4 years of experience specifically in security education, training, and awareness.
* Preferred certifications include SSAP, CCAP, CAPC, CISSP.
* Strong communication skills across multicultural environments.
* Experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, behavioral science, or change management, with familiarity with cybersecurity threats.
* Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in communication and content delivery.
* Desirable: experience in product ownership and service delivery using SAFe or similar agile methodologies.
