The Data Analyst transforms raw data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making for new implementations. Reporting to the Operational Support Manager and collaborating with other teams, the analyst is responsible for the full data lifecycle—from collection and analysis to reporting and performance monitoring—ensuring data-driven improvements across the different projects.Key ResponsibilitiesData Collection & Analysis- Gather and interpret data from various sources.- Analyze results using statistical techniques and generate regular reports.- Identify trends, patterns, and insights in complex datasets.Data Management & Optimization- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics models.- Maintain and optimize data systems for efficiency and quality.- Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.Business Intelligence & Reporting- Design and deliver dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.G., Power BI, Business Objects).- Collaborate with management to prioritize business needs and define KPIs.- Present findings in a clear and actionable format to support decision-making.Continuous Improvement- Monitor performance and quality control plans.- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data insights.- Support the implementation of data-driven initiatives.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.- Proven experience (ideally certified) as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.- English, B2 desirable.Skills- Strong technical expertise in data modeling and database design.- Proficient in BI tools (e.G., Power BI, Business Objects, MicroStrategy).- Experience with databases (e.G., Oracle, DB2) and programming (e.G., XML, JavaScript, ETL frameworks).- Solid knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.G., Excel, SPSS, SAS).- Familiarity with SaaS cloud environments (AWS or Azure).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- High attention to detail and accuracy.- Skilled in writing queries, generating reports, and presenting insights.
