We are looking for an Onboarding Account Manager to join our Digital Advertising team in Barcelona. In this role, you will help fast-growing Dutch companies build up their business using smart online advertising solutions. You will serve as the main advisor for new business partners in the Netherlands, guiding their digital plans and making sure they find long-term success. The Mission: Turning Ad Tech into Real Business GrowthAs the leader for the customer's very first experience with our company, your job is to take complicated advertising technology and turn it into clear, positive business results. You will make sure our clients feel supported from day one. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Managing Campaigns: Set up, launch, and run high-performance Pay-Per-Click (PPC) online advertising campaigns for a wide variety of Dutch business clients. * Technical Consulting: Act as a total product expert who knows our systems inside and out. You will customize our advertising tools to fit the exact business goals of each client. * Strategic Sales: Study your clients' business needs closely so you can offer them specific marketing solutions that improve their return on investment (ROI). * Account Growth: Look for good opportunities to expand your clients' accounts, help them manage their advertising budgets, and get the absolute maximum value for their money. * Data Management: Keep perfect, highly accurate notes and records inside our customer software (CRM) to ensure smooth communication and teamwork with your colleagues. REQUIREMENTS: ANALYTICAL MIND & TRUST We need a dedicated professional with strong analytical skills and the natural ability to build deep trust with business leaders and stakeholders in the Netherlands. * Education: You must have a University degree. Having a Master's degree in Marketing or Communications is highly preferred. * Language Skills: Perfect, native or C2-level speaking and writing skills in both Dutch and English are strictly required. * Professional Background: Strong past experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles, along with a proven history of hitting your work targets. * Digital Skills: A strong ability to look at data, numbers, and analytics and use that information to create highly effective business strategies for your clients. * Cultural Knowledge: A deep, solid understanding of the Dutch business market, customer habits, and regional privacy rules like GDPR.
