A vacancy for a Project Manager for Batteries and Deforestation regulations has arisen within Empresa confidencial Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid) available for the locations GET. The successful applicant will join TAXR2 – Product Environmental Compliance and Ecodesign.

As a Project Manager for Batteries and Deforestation regulations, you will contribute to this mission by monitoring and managing the set-up of environmental regulations as well as deploying implementation projects
RESPONSABILITIES
- Ensure compliance of Empresa confidencial D&S; with a focus on AirPower on compliance to Batteries and Deforestation regulation, in particular:
- Based on inputs from GRI and GA prepare a compliance strategy on Empresa confidencial D&S; for regulations Batteries and Deforestation minimizing the cost of compliance.
- Act as a referent inside Empresa confidencial Group understanding how the impact of both regulations affects Empresa confidencial D&S; contributing to the needs of stakeholder in terms of impact and advocacy needs.
- Develop a methodology to understand the impact of environmental regulations when not affected by substances but affected by equipment caracteristics (i.e source of materials and/or kind of object like battires)
- Develop an MFT and interact with them to deploy the regulation, the interfaces will be (but not limited) to procurement, engineering, customs and environmental affairs.
- Ensure delivery of needed data to customs and authorities by ensuring a process to deliver data.
- Support the implementation of BMS methodology for both regulations.
