We are looking for an Inventory and Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Hill's Iberia. As an Inventory and Logistics Coordinator you will be based in our offices in Madrid, and you´ll be responsible for:
* Ensure the Hill’s SAP inventory is daily reconciled with 3PL’s in order to maintain 100% stock accuracy for customer orders and financial reporting.
* Coordinate the replenishment orders and deliveries for the wholesalers warehouses to keep inventory aligned and optimized.
* Support Hill’s CS&L team through inventory, availability and volume reporting, assistance with stock issues and accurate and timely data exchange.
* Project Management for new efficiency tools for stock management and order to invoice as EDI implementation, eCommerce tools, SAP improvements, etc.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure inventory accuracy by reconciling SAP stock with third-party logistics (3PL) providers on a daily basis, supporting flawless financial reporting and smooth operations.
* Lead Sustainability projects and strategy for the local warehouse.
* Coordinate co packing activities to assure the promotional inventory is available at the right time.
* Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, oversee the month-end closings, and guarantee accurate SOX-compliant reporting.
* Organize and monitor product deliveries to wholesalers, ensuring the right inventory level is maintained. Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to provide inventory status and support availability checks.
* Support the implementation, development, and optimization of EDI, eCommerce, and SAP tools to improve the efficiency of order and inventory management, reporting, and transformation projects.
* Collect and analyze data on case fill rates, out-of-stock items, open orders, and obsolete inventory, providing clear business reports for key stakeholders (e.g., Commercial and Customer Service teams, Regional and Corporate Planning).
* Prepare and lead regular operational meetings to track progress, discuss budget discrepancies, and suggest actions for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate closely with the regional supply planning team to monitor the performance of the replenishment process and ensure the correct coordination of the local distribution center.
Education:
* Master’s Degree (preferred: Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics or equivalent experience)
* Fluent in English and Spanish is a must. Other European languages will be a plus.
Experience:
* 1-2 years of Consumer Goods proven experience in Inventory, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Manufacturing, Customer Service & Logistics or any other similar area.
* Knowledge of SAP R/3, S4 Hana, Kinaxis (Maestro) systems is a plus.
* Excellent computer literacy in Excel, and Google tools.
