About the Job
Location: Manzanares (Ciudad Real). Position: CMMS Technician. Reporting to the Maintenance Plant Manager, you will form part of the technical and maintenance team of the plant, carrying out the following functions.
Responsibilities
* Coach technicians on CMMS software and track daily implementation.
* Support maintenance area responsible staff with CMMS implementation and push data analysis to improve maintenance programs and technical processes.
* Continue to create and revise the full asset list for the plant.
* Codify existing spare parts for maintenance use and coach on the new spare parts system implementation.
* Collaborate with area responsible staff for preventive maintenance implementation and tracking.
* Generate and analyze KPI reports.
Qualifications
* Basic Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Comprehensive practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, products, machines, and equipment; comfortable working in a plant environment.
* Business‑level fluency in English (B2) and Spanish.
* Analytical thinking, open‑mindedness, good judgment, process orientation, time management, organization, effective communication, and team working skills.
* Ability to work in a plant environment; some travel may be required.
