Roche Diagnostics Spain is hiring a Key Account Manager

Builds and strengthens Roche's presence and reputation in Cantabria and Pais Vasco areas with the following responsibilities :

* Guided by a passion for positive customer experiences, uncover areas to expand the availability of Roche’s innovative solutions and solidify our market-leading position.
* Act as the point of contact in the market, interacting with stakeholders in the scientific, technical, and economic sectors, as well as key customer decision-makers.
* Manage sales for the entire Roche Diagnostics portfolio to offer solutions best suited to customer needs.
* Develop account strategies and execute strategic and tactical business plans for assigned accounts.
* Establish and maintain good relationships, responding promptly to customer needs in a compliant manner.
* Provide leadership, insights, and guidance to team members to support delivery of excellent customer experience and profitable sales growth.
* Gather market data, monitor product positioning, analyze business risks and opportunities, and educate the team on these aspects.
Who You Are
* Previous sales experience in the healthcare market with proven success.
* At least 3 years of sales/business development experience in the IVD Diagnostics industry (desirable).
* Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
* Customer-oriented with strong strategic, conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* High negotiation skills across all stakeholder levels within hospitals.
* Comfortable building and maintaining relationships with senior buying influences.
* Experience engaging with new teams and fostering accountability.
* Persistent and perseverant in achieving business outcomes.
* Strong desire to learn about new products and business areas.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, adaptable and creative in new environments.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare, or equivalent experience.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
