Job Description
The Team Leader position plays a key role in supporting the Head of HVDC C&C; Site Support in ensuring that allocated teams with a department have a sense of leadership, a common voice, a proper delegation of tasks and to ensure the excellence of their deliverables and activities.

How you’ll make an impact
- Monitor deliverables ensuring timeliness, quality and compliance.
- Align team goals with department mission, vision and targets.
- Delegate tasks and manage workload distribution.
- Coach, mentor and support team development.
- Address individual team member needs or escalate to the department Head.
- Promote a respectful open-door culture and identify stress-related issues.
- Collaborate on training plans and development needs.
- Raise team concerns and follow up on resolutions.
Your background
- Minimum two (2) years performing the typical activities under the scope of the team.
- Demonstrated expertise in performing the typical activities under the scope of the team.
- Driven, structured, able to work in teams, with leadership skills, goal-oriented, eager to learn from experiences and adapt; able to gain and maintain trust and respect from employees and peers; able to work under stressful conditions.
- Able to adapt discourse to address blue-collar workers, Senior Management, and internal/external customers.
- Good English language written and spoken. Other languages such as Spanish, French, Italian or German will be highly appreciated.
