We are looking for a finance professional with strong analytical skills, a structured and reliable working style, and solid experience in Accounts Payable and SAP FI‑AP .
Main responsibilities
* Invoice processing and posting in SAP FI‑AP, ensuring correct tax, PO and cost‑center allocation.
* Payment run preparation, due‑date monitoring and coordination with Treasury.
* Vendor account reconciliation and follow‑up of open items.
* Supplier communication and issue resolution through 3‑way matching.
* Support in month‑end and year‑end closing (accruals, GR/IR review).
* Compliance with internal controls, audit support and vendor master data updates.
* Participation in process improvements and workflow optimization.
Your profile
* Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or similar.
* At least 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
* Knowledge or experience regarding German VAT and invoice requirements
* Strong knowledge of SAP FI‑AP and MS Excel.
* Experience with electronic statements, payment files and bank management.
* High attention to detail, analytical mindset and strong organizational skills.
* English level C1.
