About the Role
You will join the EMEA Supply Chain Excellence Group, leading a confidential, high-visibility “clean sheet” program that is strategic for the organization. You will drive structure, alignment, and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Your Mission
As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of a strategic program built from the ground up.
Main Responsibilities
- Shape, plan, and deliver a high-impact strategic program.
- Manage several complex and interdependent sub-projects at the same time.
- Apply structured project management methodologies for efficiency and transparency.
- Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Identify risks, define mitigation plans, and optimize outcomes.
- Manage budgets, resources, KPIs, and program reporting.
- Maintain documentation, dashboards, and communication flows.
- Ensure compliance, quality, and continuous improvement across the program.
⭐ What You Bring
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, project management, or PMO.
- Strong end-to-end supply chain understanding (customer service is a plus).
- Experience in complex, high-visibility projects and matrix environments.
- PMP, FPX or similar certification (preferred).
- Advanced English level.
