**Your Tasks**:
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational effectiveness & performance of our Popup Stores. You will be also responsible to lead, motivate, and support the Popups Promoters to achieve their targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Responsible for setting clear goals and expectations and for providing ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to help team members develop their skills and improve their performance.
- Ensure the best user experience possible, in each phase of the consumer journey in this Marketing Channel.
- Share best-practice and proactively look for different initiatives to improve channel performance
- Prospecting for new Shopping Centers where DR SMILE can explore new audiences.
- Impulse, spread and guarantee that the values of DR SMILE are properly internalized among the Popup team
- Work in consumer activation initiatives. Support the execution and coordination of market activation initiatives.
- Work closely with the rest of the funnel stakeholders to ensure the sales targets & monthly performance, implement actions plans to ensure the objectives achievement
- Ensure all key communications are cascaded to Promoters in a timely manner to enable clear and communications & ensure the communications contents
- Ensure weekly operational meetings with the coordinators to check the status
