From the Headquarters in Spain, located in San Fernando de Hernares, we are looking for a HR Manager that:
Reporting to the HR Director, the person will be responsible for providing cross-functional support to the HR department and acting as a facilitator in personnel management matters across all business lines. As an HR Manager this position will play a critical role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment through effective employee relations strategies and practices.
Their responsibilities will include fostering a committed culture, maintaining and creating a positive work environment, managing conflicts, and internal communication. They will also collaborate in the management of the labor and administrative aspects of RIE's HR department.
**Responsabilities**:
- Assistance in the management of the legal-labor area of the company by developing and implementing employee relations strategies and programs to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.
- Collaborate with legal counsel as necessary to address complex employee relations issues and mitigate legal risks and stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and advise management on potential impacts.
- Management of agreements and relations with the Workers' Representative Committee (RLT).
- Facilitator between the HR department and business lines, primarily hygiene and sales.
- Assistance in integrating the HR policies of the companies acquired by the company.
- Collaboration with the Training, Talent and Development, and Selection and Recruitment departments in the design and execution of projects within the programs established by RIE regarding managers' performance, talent attraction and retention, career plans, performance evaluation, and employee training.
- Evaluation and satisfaction of the work environment, taking into account the atmosphere and the condition of each employee, as well as conflict management and resolution.
- Collaboration in the management of compensation plans.
- Support to the HR Management of RIE in managing the function in the company, including collaboration in managing third-party countries.
- Assistance in integrating the organizational culture throughout the company, as well as in potential acquired companies.
- KPI´s management and monitoring and analyzing employee relations metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:
**Education and other qualifications**: Bachelors´s degree in law, psychology, business administration or similar, with training in Labor Relations or HR.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations and handling complex employee relations issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and make objective decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
**Previous Professional Experience**:4 years of experience in HR team management and especially in employee relations. About 10 years of experience in the sector. Multinational environment.
**Specific Technical Knowledge for the Position**:
- Intermediate level in office software, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Valorable conocimientos en ERP de gestión de personal.
**Languages**:English: Bilingual
**Additional Information**: Availability for frequent travel.
