Project Manager – EU Operations Team

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with product and program managers to design and implement tailored project management frameworks.
Perform deep data analysis to support strategic decisions and maintain reliable, up-to-date datasets.
Build, update, and manage project schedules and dashboards, ensuring real-time visibility into milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear documentation of decisions and follow-up actions.
Manage program communications to keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged.
Prepare and deliver periodic status reports and project updates.
Support audit, compliance, and operational readiness activities when needed.
Required Qualifications
2–4 years of project management experience, ideally in the software or technology space.
Strong knowledge of the EUCD regulation (European Union Copyright Directive / EU Copyright Directive).
Bachelor's degree.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
Demonstrated experience working with external partners and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience facilitating meetings and driving collaborative team outcomes.
Ability to identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively.
Preferred Qualifications
Solid understanding of technology products, services, and ecosystems.
Experience supporting compliance, audit, or operational readiness projects.
Additional Details
Seeking someone able to manage complex business processes and support negotiations (without directly leading them).
English fluency required; Spanish is not mandatory.
