PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for a Project Manager for our site in Teruel.
The Project Manager will supervise and coordinate all interventions (human and technical) on the aeronautical maintenance site in accordance with the objectives (costs and deadlines).
Responsibilities:
Project management :
* Define the necessary means (resources and equipment) with the Technical Site Manager.
* Ensure the coordination of the means implemented with all internal and external stakeholders in the project (supplies, flow of equipment).
* Ensure respect of the project budget (costs, MO, materials, equipment and subcontracting).
* Apply corrective measures to remedy any deviation from objectives
* Ensure compliance with project procedures
* Organise and conduct the site review meeting
* Supervise the drafting of work reports and participate in the preparation of invoices
* Lead the site preparation meeting
* Liaise with the client's representative
* Develop the "client culture" and ensure client satisfaction.
* Draw up, propose and negotiate estimates for additional and/or complementary work, for labour, materials, equipment repairs or subcontracting;
