**Descripción**
- Integrated into the team of Legal Analyst in Product Delivery, your goal will be to ensure that the Payroll Sage products in Spain are always compliant with the legislation and promote collaboration with the Public Administration to anticipate and influence the legal requirements and participate in pilot projects.
If you have in your tools box:
- Labour Relations training or Business administration and Management degree or Law degree speciality in Labour Law are valuable
- Extensive knowledge in payroll management and social security and income tax submission
- Accounting knowledge is valuable
- Analytical skills and understanding of legal texts and their transfer to the business operational
- Teamwork
- Agility in the search for information
- Analytical thinking to understand and develop different scenarios and propose alternatives

**Responsabilidades principales**
- The following are the main functions you will have to perform:
- Detection, monitoring and filtering of the changes
- Detection of business opportunities from these regulatory changes
- Anticipated changes and their effects on PD Teams and the rest of the organization (Product Marketing, Operational Marketing, Customer Support and Sales)
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Road Map of the Payroll area derived from the legal changes
- Ensure their date and content development in giving the necessary support to the Dev Managers and Business Analysts and their teams
- Maintain contact with the administrations in an environment of continuous collaboration to advance information and resolve legal questions for other teams.
- Resolution of questions, doubts, etc. in support teams, marketing, etc...
