**As an Admin Sales Operations will be in charge of**:
- Responsible for delivering against the business change plan across Vodafone Business in support of the yearly sales planning & account management cycles such as Target Setting & 9+15
- Working closely with business and functional SO teams & key stakeholders to deliver incremental improvements to process, systems, tools, and reporting
- Creating and delivering assets to increase adoption of sales planning & account management cycles amongst key stakeholders, sales
- Ensuring that all stakeholders are appropriately enabled for each phase of the cycle and that they are equipped with the right knowledge to effectively participate in the process
- This includes and is not limited to creating training materials, documentation, tools, processes, systems, and communications to help deliver business change.
What you bring:
- Experience of multi-national, multi-region teams and proven ability to function within matrix organizations 2years+ Experience in Sales Operations
- Experience in an operational or customer support environment Strong working knowledge of core sales operations processes and best practice.
- Experience in working with and developing Anaplan models would be desirable.
- Advance Level of English
