Valeo’s VIE Program
The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. The program allows you to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world for a period of 24 months. Business France, the French agency for international business development, will handle all administrative procedures. Applications must be submitted in English.

Your challenges (Responsibilities)
- Support HR administration by managing labor documentation such as contracts, personnel files, and paid leaves.
- Assist employees with the Employee Portal and manage work clothing for site staff.
- Identify training needs with managers and implement the site’s training plan.
- Follow up on the training plan monthly and handle training assignments.
- Coordinate with external training suppliers via emails, calls, and meetings.
- Manage language classes and ensure proper organization of training sessions.
- Prepare onboarding programs for newcomers, deliver welcome sessions, and organize safety training campaigns.
- Manage internal communication by following the communication plan, organizing events, handling merchandising, and creating communications and banners.
Let’s Talk About You… (Qualifications)
- Graduated from a Master’s degree in Human Resources.
- Ideally, have experience in this field.
- Fluent level of English.
- Good level of Spanish appreciated.
- Good communication skills, international mindset, open-minded to new cultures and ways of working.
- Humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and diplomatic sense.
