Role Responsibilities
* Outbound Sales: Prospecting and engaging potential customers to sell on-demand service contracts and maintenance/repair services.
* Inbound Sales: Handling incoming inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer needs.
* Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships and proactively offering solutions.
* Sales Pipeline Management: Managing your sales funnel, tracking progress, and following up.
* Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
Requirements
* Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
* Proven sales experience with a record of meeting targets.
* Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
* Proactive problem-solving abilities.
* Effective time management and organizational skills.
* Team-oriented work ethic.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in insurance sales.
* Background in laboratory or analytical instrumentation.
Benefits
* Start Date: ASAP
* Contract: Temporary
* Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm
* Salary: €27,500 gross/year
* Performance Bonus: Monthly bonus based on sales targets.
* Holidays: 24 days + 2 accrued days/month
* Work Model: Remote
* Training: 1-month training period
* Location: Anywhere in Spain
