Position
Export Manager Junior – International & Co‑Packing Department, Barcelona.
Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and open new distributors in Europe and North Africa.
Manage the end‑to‑end commercial process: contact, presentation, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain an active pipeline with commercial discipline.
Assist in defining international expansion plans.
Analyze markets to detect growth opportunities and recommend actions (formats, channels, pricing).
Monitor orders and coordinate with logistics and back‑office.
Control results, cost breakdowns, and actively manage the P&L by customer/market.
Establish strong relationships with key distributors and customers.
Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and commercial terms.
Define, execute, and control the market advertising‑and‑promotion budget.
Co‑create activation plans with distributors.
Prepare commercial and promotional materials (presentations, sales sheets, logistics data).
Report weekly KPIs and track objectives with the Area Manager: pipeline, sales volume, invoicing, margins, investment.
