- Serve as primary interface between product managers, engineering, stakeholders, and B2B partners, translating requirements into clear business context
- Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives across teams, identify dependencies, manage risks, and balance product, technical debt, and operations
- Bridge product vision and technical execution by turning strategic epics into detailed specifications and actionable stories
- Drive quarterly planning and delivery by creating roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, leading sprint planning, and coordinating with engineering managers on capacity
- Evaluate trade-offs and align business and technical objectives, maintaining stable priorities for partner needs and platform scalability

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in technical product management, technical program management, or software engineering with multi-team delivery experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience orchestrating multiple initiatives across distributed teams and managing competing priorities
- Technical fluency in software development lifecycles, architectures (tiered, service-oriented, event-driven), APIs, data organization, performance, and scalability
