Your Role: Sales Development Representative
We're looking for energetic, coachable teammates to join our sales team. Whether you're early in your sales career or looking to break into cybersecurity, this is a place to learn fast & grow faster.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Researching companies and reaching out with intent: no mindless cold calling
* Identifying and connecting with CISOs, IT managers and other key decision-makers
* Clearly articulating Redborder's value and how we detect threats others miss
* Booking "Discovery Calls" and contributing directly to pipeline growth
* Collaborating with our Marketing team to work warm leads and campaigns
* Writing sharp, concise emails and LinkedIn messages that get responses
* Learning, adapting and sharing what works with your teammates
What We're Looking For:
* English-speaking position; other languages are a bonus.
* At least 6 months of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, telesales, etc.)
* Ambition and drive, you want to be the best at what you do
* Great communication skills and a natural curiosity to ask smart questions
* Resilience and grit, we move fast and learn on the go
