Your mission

* You will be responsible for selling our medical devices in the field of interventional and structural cardiology.
* You will advise and assist clinical users, medical staff, and clients from the purchasing department in your region. You will independently lead negotiations with users and buyers, finding the best solution for all parties involved.
* A large part of your time will be spent establishing and developing new customer relationships as well as maintaining existing relationships. In this way, you will ensure long-lasting and satisfactory partnerships between SMT and its clients.
* You will assist in procedures in cardiac catheterization labs and provide expertise in product applications. Additionally, you will represent SMT at congresses and events.
* Although you will work autonomously, you will always be part of the SMT team to offer the best possible support to your clients.



Your profile

* You have a strong network in the field of interventional or structural cardiology and are ready to actively maintain and expand it.
* You have the professional experience that allows you to always prioritize your clients' needs and put patient well-being first.
* You are driven by a strong pioneering spirit, think and act innovatively, are always motivated, and are eager to take initiative without fearing change.
* You identify with the values of SMT, appreciate them, interact equally with all colleagues, and are able to adapt to different personalities and approaches.
* You count autonomous work among your strengths, as well as successful teamwork.
* You enjoy proposing new ideas to continuously develop the business and invest as much in the success of the team as in your own success.
* You progress boldly and in a structured way, even outside of your comfort zone, and are willing to travel frequently.
