We offer versátil working time models, flat hierarchies and modern working environments so you can develop in the best possible way with us**Inspiring - Your Tasks**:- Promote Schaltbau's product portfolio to customers across Iberia in the rail, energy, industry, and mobility sectors.- Manage key rail accounts, including coordinating international projects.- Drive business growth and market share, with a focus on Design-In strategies.- Provide technical consulting to customers.- Build strong relationships with R&D;, procurement, and C-level executives.- Collaborate with local distributors and engage in business development, including occasional in-volvement in South American markets.- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitors.- Period reporting such Business Review, Forecasting, Planning and Product Roadmap input.- Participate at local exhibition and industry organizations.- Participate as a key member of the international Global Account Management team.**Convincing - Your Profile**:- Degree in electrical engineering or a related field; an MBA or similar business qualification is a plus.- Proven experience selling electromechanical components to manufacturers in the rail, new energy, and mobility sectors.- Solid B2B key account management and business development experience.- Results-oriented, with a proactive "can-do" attitude.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage day-to-day tasks and set milestones, working effectively with international teams.- Willingness to explore new business opportunities.
