Your MissionWe are seeking a dynamic leader who embodies leadership skills, operational excellence, negotiation, and collaboration. As Account Manager Lead Regions Sevilla, you will drive the growth and success of Glovo in the South Spain Region, supporting the Head of the Region with commercial strategy and partner collaboration.

ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development

Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners, including top restaurants, retail chains, and local businesses, to drive shared growth.

Partner Retention: Maintain the health of top accounts by implementing operational processes and commercial initiatives that promote recurring business.

Strategy Execution: Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow our presence in the Northeast region of Spain.

Project Management

Strategic Growth: Lead strategic projects to drive growth in your territory from conception to launch.

Efficiency: Define and implement efficiency plans to improve how Account Managers manage relationships with their assigned partners.

Process Optimization: Map changes, set clear targets, and introduce new workflows to optimize performance and partner satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure flawless execution and a strong team dynamic.

Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights, inform decision‐making, and identify new growth opportunities.

Experience & Background

Minimum five years of experience in Commercial Strategy or Big Tech environments.

Native fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Strong plus: Experience in FMCG, food‐hospitality, or on‐demand delivery.

Negotiation: Proven track record of negotiating complex, large‐scale contracts and successfully managing relationships with C‐level executives.

Business Acumen: Strong ability to understand, empathize with, and anticipate clients' business models, challenges, and objectives.

Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills;
comfortable working with data to drive key business insights.

Project Management: Proven ability to lead strategic projects (from conception to launch) and drive process improvements, ensuring efficiency and goal alignment across the team.

Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to build and nurture strong relationships with key internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) and external partners (top local restaurants).
