About the Role
In this role, you will be the strategic architect behind how Redpin (powered by Currencies Direct) wins the Spanish market. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for more than just "marketing"—you are the bridge between our customers’ pain points and our technical solutions. You will spend your time dissecting the complex processes of notaries, conveyancers, and real estate agents to ensure our real‑time payment platform is perfectly fit for purpose.
What You’ll Do
* Market & Persona Intelligence (50%): Partner with the Product Director to analyze the banking sector, local regulations, and customer workflows. You’ll meet with partners to "test the water" with mock‑ups and identify gaps where our technology can provide the most value.
* Sales Enablement & Content (25%): Equipping our BDEs and Product Specialists on the ground. Create the internal content, pitch decks, and objection‑handling guides needed to win the "sign-off" from skeptical buyers and sellers.
* Local Market Activation (25%): Plan and oversee local marketing events and affiliate initiatives across Spain to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
* Product Feedback Loop: Collect regional feedback to influence the general roadmap, ensuring that features like "Deposit" are aligned with market needs.
