About the Role
We are looking for a Global Lead Generation Automation Manager to join the Mid-Market Commercial Operations team on a temporary contract -Full-time maternity cover (approximately 5 months, starting mid-January) -.
In this role, you'll help drive the company's digital lead generation strategy through marketing automation and campaign execution. You'll work closely with international teams to ensure campaigns are consistent, optimized, and aligned across markets - using Eloqua and CRM tools to engage prospects and support business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital campaigns:
Assist in executing digital campaigns using Eloqua, including email and landing page setup, form creation and automated campaigns configuration.
Support the preparation and organization of campaign assets (headers, footers, templates, visuals, links).
Help monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) and consolidate reporting inputs.
Coordinate with country teams to ensure alignment on campaign timelines and deliverables.
Contribute to the maintenance and update of global assets such as preference centers, form templates, and branded components.
Marketing automation:
Support the implementation of Eloqua best practices across countries.
Assist with basic troubleshooting and documentation of Eloqua processes.
Help maintain training materials and process guides for marketing teams.
Collaborate with the Eloqua system administrators and external consultants to ensure smooth platform operations.
Monitor basic data flows between Eloqua, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), and lead capture sources.
CONDITIONS & BENEFITS
Contract: Temporary (maternity leave replacement - starting mid-January).
Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 gross annual, depending on experience.
Working Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 09.00-18.00
Friday: 08:00-15:00

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience in marketing automation (Eloqua preferred).
Basic understanding of digital marketing workflows and campaign management.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator.
Comfortable working in international environments and collaborating with multiple teams.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in marketing, business, or related fields preferred.
