We work in partnership across the business with the existing Amazon Sales, Supply Chain, local and regional Marketing and Finance teams to create strong plans together to deliver to the continued high growth expectations.**Job Description**:**The Opportunity**:Mattel is currently seeking for a Associate Manager - Amazon Category Management, who is eager to learn and develop himself or herself in a multinational and challenging environment.We look for people that are excited by a challenge, want to be rewarded for performance and who are motivated to make things happen. Through your experience at Mattel you will be able to discover your inner spirit by seeing the business from different perspectives and accelerate your career growth.**What Your Impact Will Be**:- Build Amazon category strategy for Action Figures, Plush & Games: growth ambition, activation focus, marketing campaign, input into media team for brand search strategy and DSP campaign- Define optimal product range and recommend quotas to key accounts- Category and brand performance analysis (Profitero, NPD ) to understand category opportunity- Develop DSP campaign creative and shop in shop creative- Brief product and campaign priorities to the media team and input on budget split by brand- Work closely with regional marketing to maximize regional brand plans and with local brand managers and KAMs to maximise local plans on Amazon (retail and marketing)- Recommend strategy for key promotional moments (Prime Day, Black Friday)- Develop additional relevant initiative to drive Amazon business- Partner with CP teams to support key item launch- Best in class execution: SIOC transition, optimised SEO titles, audit of page quality, shop in shop update.**Qualifications**:**What We’re Looking For**:- Min 3-5 years with Sales and/or Marketing experience- Commercial experience- A strategic thinker and a disciplined operator, able to continually improve processes and refine best practice, while also knowing when quick action needs to be taken to achieve results- Able to juggle multiple conflicting priorities and to be at ease with ambiguous situations- Experience working across multiple EMEA markets is an advantage- Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselvesAdditional Information**What It’s Like to Work Here**:We are a purpose driven company aiming to empower the next generation to explore the wonder of childhood and reach their full potential.
