We are looking for an OTC Desk Trader to quote, execute, and hedge large over-the-counter crypto trades for institutional and VIP clients. You will manage risk within desk limits and report on volumes and PnL.
Responsibilities
* Provide buy/sell quotes for large crypto trade sizes
* Execute trades and hedge exposure via exchange or desk inventory
* Monitor exposure, spread, and risk limits
* Work with clients on size, pricing, and settlement
* Track market liquidity to price trades accurately
* Follow KYC/AML and internal compliance procedures
* Submit daily trade and performance reports
Requirements
* 1+ year of active crypto exchange trading
* Basic understanding of OTC vs public order book trading
* Crypto wallet / transfer experience for settlement awareness
* Willingness to work adaptable hours (24/7 market)
Nice to have
* VIP desk experience at an exchange
* Market making
* Fintech compliance background
Base Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 annually
