Introduction
We're seeking a passionate, strategic professional to complement our Growth team as an intern in our Madrid studio. You'll have the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with the leadership team to drive new business development, strengthen institutional relationships, and support marketing and event initiatives that inspire and motivate our team, our clients, and our clients' customers.
You will already have proven skills in business development, strategic thinking, or institutional relations. You'll already understand the power of building authentic relationships and identifying opportunities with purpose and vision.
In this role you will:
- Drive new business opportunities: Work with the team to identify and qualify new client opportunities, prepare strategic presentations, and support commercial proposals that showcase Empresa confidencial's capabilities across key sectors.
- Strengthen institutional relationships: Support coordination with senior advisors, strategic partners, and institutional stakeholders, helping maintain relationship maps and tracking key interactions.
- Prepare for high-stakes meetings: Conduct research on potential clients, industries, and decision-makers, creating strategic briefs that enable the team to show up informed and ready to add value.
- Support marketing initiatives: Collaborate on content creation, corporate communications, social media, and campaigns that position Empresa confidencial as a thought leader in innovation and design.
