/lipbbr/ABOUT THE JOB /b /pliDeliver fun, high-energy activities on land and in the water, including archery, inflatables, water zorbing, and the Aerial Adventure course.
/liliLead engaging kids’ club sessions for ages 3–17, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
/liliInstruct the Aerial Adventure course, working confidently at height.
/liliHost daytime activities for guests of all ages and support entertainment programmes, including pool parties and shows.
/liliTake full responsibility for children in your care, following health safety, safeguarding, and sign-in/out procedures.
/liliWork collaboratively with your team to deliver a varied and memorable activity programme.
/liliBuild positive relationships with guests, parents, and colleagues, providing excellent customer service.
/liliSet up and pack down activities to a high standard, supporting resort operations at the start and end of the season.
/lipbbr/ABOUT YOU /b /pliExperience working with children, leading activities, and understanding safeguarding, with a childcare qualification desirable but not essential.
/liliConfident, outgoing, and able to engage children of all ages through fun, active interaction.
/liliFlexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to support evening entertainment.
/liliFully conversational in English, with the ability to work effectively as part of an international team within a UK-based concept.
