About the Role

As a Sr. Creative, you’ll conceptualise and execute innovative, digital‑first campaigns that elevate brand identities and engage audiences for our clients in Madrid. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful, thumb‑stopping visuals and copy that resonate across the modern digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualise and execute creative and content campaigns from ideation to delivery.

Collaborate with the Creative Director, strategists, and account teams to develop digital‑first ideas that align with brand objectives.

Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform creative decisions.

Partner with content creators, influencers, and production teams to bring social media and content ideas to life.

Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Present creative concepts and campaigns to internal teams and clients.

Incorporate client feedback and iterate on creative work to meet project objectives.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high‑quality standards.

Mentor and guide junior creatives, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.

The essentials:

5+ years of experience in a creative role, with a focus on digital media and content creation.

A strong portfolio showcasing innovative creative, digital media, and content campaigns.

Expertise in developing creative concepts and executing campaigns across all digital channels.

Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to various brand voices and tones.

Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Data‑informed mindset with an understanding of metrics and the ability to create content that drives engagement.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate creative ideas to internal teams and clients.

Resilience to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Educational background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.

Not a must, but a plus:

Experience working within the local Madrid market or with international agency networks.

Advanced knowledge of emerging AI creative tools or motion graphics.
