**Job Description**:
As **Customer Service for Spain**, you will take care of our customers’ pre-order, during-order and post-order experience, ensuring that customers receive an optimum service to maximized customer retention and in turn, maximized sales. As such, you'll be responsible for:
**CUSTOMER & ORDER MANAGEMENT**
- Creation and update of customer accounts.
- Order introduction following correct procedures depending on order characteristics.
- Management of the full order process from order entry, through to production until delivery (incomplete orders, graphic doubts, order modifications, chase OK artwork, chase credit issues, lack of stock, delays, resolve overdues, shipping incidents).
- Manage customer complaints.
- Database maintenance to ensure quality of all customer information registered in systems.
**SALES**
- Management of customer quotations.
- Management of requests and opportunities, communicating customer needs effectively to other internal departments to be able to respond to customer’s requirements in a timely manner.
- Customer advisory role to offer product and service solutions.
- Supporting sales by proactively offering key products during customer contact.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Previous experience in customer service
- Tech-savvy: experience with Salesforce and MS Office
- Proactive, organized, goal-oriented
- Very good communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
