Able to turn complex issues into simple insightsAble to process large data sets, from different sources (financial, operational, hr etc), combine them and draw conclusionsAbility to lead multiple interviews to understand current way of operating, codify it and propose key improvements (with limited support)Capable of mapping processes (Finance, Operations, HR) including all critical elementsProficient in using excel, word and powerpoint.
