Are you ready to take the next step in your career where modern technology meets brand strategy? We are hiring top-tier professionals for our Barcelona office to lead an important project in Digital Advertising —the primary engine behind integral business growth.

This position is built for high-performing strategists who are great with data and understand the corporate culture of the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). As the main point of contact, you will help "unicorn" startups and innovative tech companies succeed using our digital tools.

Your Main Responsibilities

- Account Setup & Management: Manage the entire onboarding process for new clients and design smart "Pay-Per-Click" (PPC) advertising strategies for different industries.
- Strategic Consulting: Analyze specific client needs and provide custom digital solutions to beat tough performance targets.
- Campaign Management: Launch and run high-impact ad campaigns focused on quick market entry and long‑term business growth.
- Revenue Growth: Find new ways to expand your clients' accounts by using data to show a clear return on investment (ROI).
- Client Retention: Build strong, trusting relationships so clients see you as an essential partner in their success.
- Organized Record-Keeping: Keep all client information and account updates perfectly organized and accurate in our CRM system.

What We Are Looking For

- Language Skills: Fluent or native-level German and English (C2 level). This is required to handle technical talks and collaborate with our international team.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is required. Holding a Master's degree in Marketing or Business is a major plus.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable and forward-thinking, with the ability to use modern AI tools to work faster and deliver better results.
- Great Communication: Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex digital ideas simply to company executives.
- German Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of how business works in Germany, including local corporate etiquette and strict GDPR privacy rules.
