Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for an OCM Lead responsible for leading Organizational Change Management planning and the successful adoption of Informatics products and solutions. As a member of a dynamic and globally focused team, the OCM Lead will leverage their understanding of business needs and our affiliate experience to effectively plan for and manage change initiatives.

Responsibilities:
* Communication Strategy & Execution: Create communication strategies to inform and empower impacted audiences to adopt IT-driven changes. Partner with key senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior change and compliance. Use ingenuity to create effective campaigns addressing complex topics. Simplify communication processes. Advise on project and communication plans. Oversee end-to-end user communication strategies and execution.
* Change Management Strategy: Apply organizational change management concepts to high-impact communication plans involving individual and organizational behavior change. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify key stakeholders, and manage resistance. Build awareness, inspire change adoption, and advocate for change across all Informatics users. Provide strategic direction for IT training content.
* Consultation & Business Partnership: Act as a partner to domain and product line leads. Provide input to product roadmaps. Advise on resource management to achieve efficiencies and synergies.
* Change Teamwork: Partner with other teams to ensure efficient ways of working, share knowledge, and advise on deployment timing to align with business cycles and communication efforts.
Skills:
* Experience managing multimedia content creation using AI-assisted tools, including video editing.
* Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills. Ability to inspire and engage diverse teams, including contractors, employees, and consultants.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex ideas clearly.
* Outstanding project management skills. Proactive, flexible, and able to multitask.
* Expertise in business partnering and consulting. Knowledge of emerging technologies and technical jargon.
* Experience with organizational change management practices and instructional design methodologies.
* Experience working with Agile methodologies.
* English proficiency.
* Master's degree or equivalent in a related field (preferred).
* At least three years of relevant experience in organizational change management.
